Insurance
Tenants must carry their own liability coverage and property insurance for the contents of the rented space.

All of our buildings are insured with respect to liability and property damage. However, our property insurance does not cover the interior contents of the tenant's space. Therefore, our lease requires that all tenants agree to carry their own content and liability insurance for the duration of the tenancy.
